1. Return and exchange of goods
1.1. Return of goods
takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By the Order of the Minister of
Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 "On the Approval of the Rules
for the Return and Exchange of Items".
1.2. The buyer must send the returned goods
to OMNIVA, RIMI Kaišiadorys
(address: Gedimino St. 115A, Kaišiadorys 88804). The consignment number must be
provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours after dispatch. Shipping
costs are paid by the buyer.

1.3 The cost of
returning goods that are in good quality or replaceable goods is paid by the
1.4. In order to return the product (s), the
Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the
goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos of
the item and / or parcel describing the issue.
1.5. The returned
product must be in the original neat packaging, undamaged, unused, of the same
set as received by the Buyer, without losing the appearance of the goods
(undamaged labels, peeled off protective sheet, etc.). When returning the
product, it is necessary to submit a paper (printed) document of its purchase
(copy of the order, invoice copy).
1.6. When returning a quality product, only the amount of money paid for the
product will be returned to the Buyer within 7 days. Shipping costs are not
refundable to the buyer.
1.7. Upon returning the wrong product received, the Seller undertakes to
replace such product with the required product. If the required goods are not
available, the Buyer will be refunded all money (for the goods and the actual
shipping costs incurred).
1.8. When a product is returned with a defect, the Seller undertakes to replace
the defective product with a similar product or return the money to the Buyer.
1.9. In order to return a product (s) with defect, the Buyer may do so within
14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer,
informing the Seller by e-mail, with photos or videos of the poor quality item
and / or parcel describing the issue.
1.10. The returned product with a defect must be in the original tidy
packaging, undamaged, unused, of the same set as received by the Buyer, without
losing the appearance of the product (undamaged labels, peeled off protective
sheet, etc.). When returning the product, a paper (printed) document of its
purchase must be submitted.
1.11. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if
the Buyer does not comply with these Rules

2. Final Provisions
These Rules of Return of Goods have
been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of
